So far I’ve been using it for almost two weeks and the results of my log have really been surprising me. I had no idea that I’ve been burning more calories than I’ve been taking in everyday (who knows why I haven’t lost any weight haha) and that I’m severely lacking in some really important vitamins. If anything, this log has gotten me to pay more attention to what’s on the label even though at this point, I’d probably just eat it anyways. I definitely want to use this as a tool when I really start focusing on losing weight and eating better. It’s really helpful. 6 years ago
