Certainly not worth the risk.
How to steal a car
How I did it: It was on a weekend and we were dancing and acting up at a local dance place... (this was in Mississippi)! It was very late when we came out of the club and we could not find our car! Someone asked us if we had parked close to the train tracks...and indeed...we had ~ so they told us our car was probably towed and they gave us the number and address of the place.
Lessons & tips: I think the best tip would be to not park close to the railroad tracks...oh...and do not stay out late partying, dancing and getting wild in general....

For those of you with vehicles, if you don’t want to lose them to theft:
Don’t leave the keys in your car.
Don’t rely on car alarms.
Do get “the club.”
Don’t leave very nice cars parked in vulnerable areas.
Do install a satellite based system which can help track the location of your vehicle.
Do consider using a less ostentatious car or truck.
Do consider leaving a snake in the vehicle, NOT a poisonous snake.
Do support pay raises for your law enforcement personnel.
Do support youth activities and programs for the poor.
For those of you who are thinking of stealing a vehicle, I ask you:
What are your motivations? What are your choices? Are you prepared to pay the price, if you are caught by either the law or the owner and his friends, or her friends?
