Ride a mechanical bull

seem this in movies, seen this in bars, always wanted to try it, and now i can say that i have. we had our relay for life event and one of the tents had a mechanical bull. you know that i did this!!!!! it was great. but i paid for it the next day, the inside of my legs were bruised and sore, and i had bruises on my arm from holding the rope. but it was worth it, and i’d do it again. so glad that i can at least i experienced this.

im really going to do for my birthday which is on september, but i cant find a place in nj..

I’ve never thought about doing this, but as I was walking through one of the dining halls on campus with my sister there was one all set up. We each tried it and learned a valuable lesson: do not try to do this if you are wearing sweats/gym pants. It is extremely hard to hold on in those fabrics. It was still fun!

Well, it’s a lot harder than it looks. I did a humiliatingly bad job of it. Zero muscle tone.

well, i’m still considered a minor, so i think it’ll be a while until i have my wild bull-riding experience!

I lasted less than 10 seconds and came away with purple bruises on my knees, but it was totally worth it.

move your feet or lose your seat!
seriously its all in the feet. keep reaching up and digging in with your heels.
PS same applies to real bulls too only the downs hurt a bit more

it was crazy!! At first the operator made it go really slow and gentle, but then he started making it go fast and rough! I held on for a lot longer than I was expecting. I squeezed it with my legs with all my might. My wrists were a little sore, but it was so much fun!

we went to the electric cowboy the other night for my best friend’s bachelorette party and there was a bull there. they told me i should ride it, but i was in a skirt (granted, it was long and flowy and not short and skanky) and the man operating the bull was a perv, haha. so… maybe some other time when i’m in jeans or something.

Actually I did wear a skirt (knowing that it might be possible that my undies would be shown when i fell, but they didn’t) and the only issue I had was that my thighs started to hurt from the rubbing.

I tried it again with pants on and even though they slipped a little, it was a lot more comfortable.

The entire thing was a lot less scary than I had thought it would be and it was soooooooooo fun!! I would recommend maybe having a drink to relax you but not to be drunk because actually staying on it is a lot of fun! Cost $5 for me and I definitely recommend it.
