I’ve been wanting to do this for some time. I think I had better start….

I also watched the movie last holiday and was inspired by it. I loved how she had everything organized. I am making one. I have started cutting things out and some stuff in the internet. I just have to make it come together. :) good luck to you all.
Sarah is overhauling her list
Looking at this list made me think, and when I started 43things I made a point of only including short-term goals. This was because (hopefully) my life will be a long one, and I’m going to have so many opportunities and there’s going to be so many things to experience and places to explore and people to meet who might throw all my plans into the air in a heartbeat. What I like the most is how every day is a fresh start and a chance to change, and I don’t want to plan my life out in a notepad. So as far as I’m concerned, this goal is done because this goal is my 43things list. I don’t care about shoulda woulda coulda. I care about what is realistically achievable and what I want at this very moment in time – right here, right now, because who knows what might happen to change who I am tomorrow.

I made something of a vision board and a scrapbook with magazine cuttings of things I wanted to do, quotes and images and stories that inspired me, and generally a coming-together of all the pages I’ve ripped out over time.
After seeing this on the 43things homepage, I’m definately going to get a small notebook and do it all over again, but better! Most of the things that will go in it will be stuff I want to do in the next few years, because a) I have absolutely no patience ;), and b) the concept of life is a very long time (I hope), and I’ll change so much in it’s entirety.
I’m excited. it’s practially list making. And I LOVE making lists!
docmegsb I am studying for USMLE Step 2
Today, I have come to realize that life is a journey and I need to start my journey. I am creating this book to be a guideline as to what I want to not miss as I journey through life.

It’s more of a workbook than a vision board. I am keeping some of my favorite found photos in there along with articles from magazines. I pulled a lot of yoga sequences from my Yoga Journals in the event that I ever get back into a personal practice.

I made a binder sized possibility book, but I want something I can carry around with me all the time. I came up with the idea of printing out playing card sized photos of my desires (mostly pics I found on flickr that haven’t been spaceballed), laminating them, punching a hole and putting them on a key or binding ring. But then I thought it would be easier to put pics in a brag book along with inspirational sayings, affirmations, etc. Keeping the vision alive! So important…Oh, and also the list of my 43Things.
Yea the idea had been floating around me recently. A good friend had it on his wall & I watched it on Last Holiday.
So yea, I want one too!
