I’m taking a Hebrew 101 class. I can already read, now I’m learning the vocab. Monday through Friday, 1 hour a day. It’s so much easier when you do it daily, breaking it into manageable chunks of vocab. Practicing reading out loud is great, too. I’ve also been watching old Disney movies in Hebrew on YouTube. Very helpful.

I spent 6 weeks in Israel this summer, and in that short time my Hebrew comprehension at least tripled. It’s such a cool language and I would love to learn a lot more. Maybe one day I can go back to Israel and impress all my Israeli friends with my Hebrew.

I feel that its important to know the languages of Jesus’s time. Its harder to be finagled when you know what says what and what really means what.
