drop bodyfat percentage to 10%

I finally reached 10% body fat, which I have never attained before in my life. I think for the most part, the saying is true…”You’ve got to feel bad to look good.” Because it sure felt bad to make my way to 10% bodyfat all the way from 25-30%...but I’m very glad that I made it nonetheless, and will try to maintain within the 10-14% range throughout the rest of my life if I can!
