get my license

I just got my permit yesterday! Six months and I’ll be there!

General licence in jamaica allows you to drive both regular cars and SUV’s so i need a general licence so i have to leavr stick shift/standard..start tuesday ^_ wish me LuCk

I went and got it almost two months ago. It made me feel like a brand new man

I’m 22 and i NEED to learn to drive PRONTO! i cant believe i don’t have my license! this is my goal for the month!

I’m 21, passed writing test and haven’t even started driving yet. Such a long way to go…

Severe thunderstorms in the area so we cancelled for the time being… Maybe I’ll go driving later with dad if I don’t get to meet with the instructor today. Darn darn darn.

I’ve been out practicing with my Dad a lot, and I think I’ve been making some progress. I am starting to notice specific weaknesses though, which is good since now I know what to work on. Also, last week I called a bunch of driving schools in my area and found an instructor that will be able to help me work on the stuff Dad doesn’t remember to go over with me. I’m meeting with him for the first time TOMORROW MORNING! Wish me luck! :o)

I’ve been out driving for 1.5+ hours last night and this evening after getting home from work. Dad says I have a lot more confidence than I used to and says I’m doing a lot better. There are still things I have to work on, and I’m a long ways away from being REALLY confident on the road, but it feels AWESOME to really be working on this and making progress. I’m not ready to make this my 43things CHALLENGE, but I think that at the rate things are going I can probably get my license sometime next month!

I did this in January or something.
