How to buy a PS3

 "After saving for four months, I was finally able to buy a PS3!"
How I did it: I've been wanting a PS3 for over a year now, and I finally decided to save up for one. I did a lot of extra chores around the house and saved left over lunch money. Seeing as I didn't have a job, it took quite a while to finally get enough money. It was well worth it, the graphics are amazing and the games are so much fun. Now I'm going to have to start saving for an HD tv lol (: |

It is rumored and i’ll get one of thos most likely. Hope it is 250 to 300 bucks . I will buy it pre used or maybe the big ps3s will be cheap.
Action plan

1. Sell my electric guitar that I never use for $250.
2. My grandpa is coming from the old country and maybe I’ll get some money from him . $100 would be excellent.
3. There is a rumour the PS3 will drop in price in April . I wont count on it tho.
4. Dad said if I can sell his air conditioner (that we dont use b/c our house has central heating) I can keep the money.
5.If I’m missing any money I can just take it from my bank account but I’d like to save that money
6.In the summer I could get a job if nothing works.
7. Go on Kijiji or RedFlagDeals and look for a deal . It doesnt have to be new . If I can get it for 300$-325$ I’d be super happy.
Challenges .
1. Parents will give me dirty looks and will think I’m obsessed with videogames. I allready own a 360 and 20-25 games for it so buying a PS3 is not a huge priority.

A few days ago I bought my PS3 off the Internet and it just arrived yesterday, I love it already (and love the Playstation Home feature), and cannot wait to get the games I ordered!
I am marking this goal as done.

To cut things short, I’m really elated because today I went to the tax person’s and found out I have more than enough money to buy a PS3 and games :)). When I get my tax return in about 2-3 weeks and after it’s in the bank I’m going to WalMart.

I’ve got a PS2, which nowadays I only really use for Buzz and Singstar. I wanted a PS3 because it seemed easiest to stick to the same kind of console, but they’re just so much more expensive that the Xbox360 that I’m thinking about getting one of those instead!

i have a: x-box 360, a ps2, a psp, a nintendo ds, a nintendo gamecube, a gameboy and i previously had an x-box original. but no ps3.

I got mine a few weeks ago. So far it’s good, Is it better than the xbox360? no, not really. besides the blu-ray player I don’t see any real advantages. I’m glad I have both now though. All I have to do now is get another Wii… (had to sell my first one)

Ok, so my dad randomly decided to go out and buy a PS3 and I am not a big video game person so I didn’t touch it for weeks until I tried guitar hero and now I’m hooked. OH NO! And then my dad bought an HD projector for our home theater and he was looking into getting the best Blu-ray dvd player so the picture quality would be the absolute best, and he saw that, for the value, the PS3 was the best so he bought another one…so we’ve been playing all our video games on a 100-inch screen…ah what a nerd I am.
