How to study Torah
How I did it: Well, It took me very long because I wanted to study for real not just reading, closing the parasha ,, see u next week.... So, I took, Kabbalah lessons on the week parasha, Read to my nephew the parasha of the week , & read on line in the aish.com newsleter about the explanation of the portion of the Torah.
I (shamely) procrastinated this for SOOOO LONGGG because I tough it was going to be SOOO boring! BUT! hold on there .. it becomes that was the most ! espiritual Young full shot of happiness that I needed, now I feel sad when my nida comes because I cannot open the Torah! I rather sit at home & read to my nephew than anything else, It fills my heart with love!
Lessons & tips: Tip 1- JUST DOIT!
tip-2 get a Yad Torah to impress! the kids at home & to show this book, (even if is a soft cover Torah ) is VERY special! & a Treat to open.
Tip-3 Enjoy the ride!
Resources: Kabbalah , lessons at the kabbalah center in TJ
& allot of Prayer! (pic shown, in class room)

I read Deuternomio in this weeks parasha, was realy good, also I am tryin to lear on line.
one question?
is viable to study Torah on line? bible on line?
ok I have been procastinating this… I do not see how important is to study Torah in a minimun weekle portion…is just about 20 min. reading a week and still I do not do it, ,,, I own my torah.
and still I do not “find the time”
Torah study is something I should Make time for… so I place it as a priority , if I do not study Torah (yes I am a women) I’ll feel sad to myself & still been embarrased for the fact that G-d is very good to me & I still do not find the way (time) to learn more about G-d after he Love me so much…. I feel ungreatful.
I had a study partner through Chabad but we’ve fallen out of touch because of conflicting schedules and some family emergencies. I called last week and left her a message to try and get back in touch but she never returned my call…
I hope she’s just busy but still wants to study. Otherwise I’ll have to find someone else since I learn best through conversation and other people.
And read about other faiths to see how similar they all really are. Find ways to incoporate spirituality into my day to day experiences in order to move towards a more genuine appreciation of my gift of life.
