Of all addictive drugs, sugar is the one that wins me over every time. I believe in having a simple, healthy diet MOST of the time, so that you can just bust out with some excellent sugar at times and enjoy it fully, especially when it involves peanut butter and chocolate, OH GOD. Sugar should be used like other heavy drugs – with caution! Using it while at work is dangerous, because you can get hyper and overreact, and then, mid-afternoon SUGAR CRASH, we’ve all been there. So, you know, be careful, don’t walk in traffic, watch your health, but ENJOY.

ok, so I ate a half a can of pringles. Not sugary, but if I sit around doing nothing for a few hours my body will turn it into sugar?
yesterday I ate nothing but sweets. cookies, cake, pie, mountain dew…. it was amazing
alright, today i ate two rows of chocolate chip cookies from a package with cartoons on the front
Everyone seems to want to eat less sugar. Dammit I want to eat more of it. Sugar is wonderful! OK class, can we say ‘Mountain Dew’ and perhaps ‘marshmallow peeps’? I love this stuff! I (fortuantely) have been blessed with a high metabolism, so I don’t really gain weight. Stay the same most of the time. Don’t worry, I’m fully aware that in 6 years when I turn 30, that gift will disappear. I’m sure I’ll be grossly overwieght by then, but until such time I promise to eat an extra sugar-laden item every single day.
