50 is a lot. But it’s a goal to work toward.
How I did it: Lots of water, diet juices, no soda. I had to completly re-do my diet. I knew I had to resize my consumption levels as well. I would first fill up my plate how I normally would, then I decided to reduce everything by one half. As well I started drinking about 20 oz. of water an hour or so befor a meal to fill up a bit. I am having trouble getting started with this goal and trying to figure out how to do it. Anyone have any tips for me? I am a person who hates to excercise. I mostly hate running or walking on the tredmill. I really need someone there to motivate me to do this and help me watch what I eat. Does anyone who has lost weight and feel the same way about eating healthy and excercising have any suggestions or words of advice? Please help me!!!

well i fell off track for awhile, but i got back on the train! 153 this morning, which means ive pretty much hit the fifty!
I have a manuscript ready and I have published many poems in uiversity journals and small journals but I don’t have a book yet. I have not sent it out to editors yet and I believe this problem comes under: procrastination!
Well i really want to lose 50 pounds by September… i was wondering what particular diet plans you guys are following?
I am going to lose 50 pounds in the next few months. I know I will never be able to do it in time for summer, but I’d at least like to be on my way to being slimmer. I know myself well enough to know that I tend to overeat when I am feeling depressed or stressed and afterwards I feel even worse and it becomes a cycle. tTe bottom line is that I am a compulsive eater. I don’t have to feel hungry to eat, I just eat.
Thankfully, I enjoy walking and being outdoors, and this is how I am planning to attack my weight problem. If I walk every day, at least I’m doing something positive for my body. I’ve already walked to and from work a few times, which is about 3 miles one way. This way I will save gas money and get my exercise. This is just a start and I will gradually add more to my workout as I lose weight and start to feel better about myself. I would love to hear from anyone who is in the same situation as me. Thanks
I cant believe all the weight I’ve gained in the past year or so, it really disgusts me.
I`m determined to loose the 50 lbs, so starting tomorrow I`m going on phase one of South Beach. I`m really good at sticking to my diets, once I start so I`’ll see how long I can manage to stay on phase one.
I’m hoping to lose quiet alot of weight by the next school term in September.
