What do you recommend?

How to be arthritis free.
How I did it: I spent two years on a wheat free sugar free diet when I was in my twenties. I
also took strong therapeutic grade probiotics.
I had a candida
overgrowth (imbalance of gut flora) which was caused by all the antibiotics I was given as a
child, and a diet that contained a lot of white flour and sugar (they feed the yeast).
I stayed off sugar and avoided wheat for two years. My joint pain, allergies, sinus infections and
physical exhaustion were completely gone. Actually all my symptoms were gone within a few weeks but it took 2 years for me to completely heal (symptoms are just the tip of the iceberg).
Healing your gut takes time,
but I am proof that it can be done!
Lessons & tips: I recommend the anti-candida
diet, the SCD diet, and the GAPS diet.
Coconut flour is a great way to
include baked goods in your diet while you are avoiding wheat. You can use honey in place of sugar.
I just made this Squidoo lens on how to bake with coconut flour. Coconut flour is an awesome replacement for wheat flour! I have also have these recipes on my blog for brownies, pancakes, blueberry muffins, bread, and bacon egg & cheese muffins.
Resources: Most probiotics on the market are not strong enough to work. I recommend Biokult or ThreeLac. You can order online. They are the only ones I know of that truly work (I've tried others with no success).

initially, you just want to be normal again. you don’t want to wake up in pain tommorrow again. hopefully it will go away, just stop. you realize you’ve taken all those times you felt fine for granted.
eventually, you’re happy enough to not be in AS much pain. you’re thankful it isn’t worse. you’re thankful for the better days. you’ve given up on a “cure”. when it hurts, you stop instead of cry.

le sigh i haven’t been able to write for the past week.
It really sucks the life out of you, so I want it gone. Mine is Juvenile, so it may go away within the next couple of years. I hope it does, because the medicine I take is really annoying and there is too much of it.
