This girl has been with me thru everything in college, I most especially love those long night talks in where we would ramble about work or random stuff to each other. She would be the first person I call if something interesting happens. We would always send text messages to each other and leave Facebook and Myspace posts like everyday because we’re just really talented and addicted like that lol. I am so proud to have a best friend like her at Wright State, school would never be exciting without her :)

She’s my very first Filipino best friend here; she is so nice, so happy, and so game for everything! She’s the buddy that even though we don’t see each other everyday she would find ways to get a hold of me, and that’s usually through phone calls, emails, and text messages. With her, I can say that I am never out of the loop with her life. Whenever we hung out to various places, even though its physically dark outside, it still seems like daytime whenever I’m with her.

She recently called me to tell me to go to her party which is the next day back in the Philippines (and of course I couldn’t go), and since I couldn’t get a plane ticket and that I couldn’t fit in a FedEx box and I did tell them I would pay extra to be considered as an extra extra Expedited mail, we then started to talk like the old days when we were back in high school. That small gesture made me realized that she still hasn’t forgotten me and that our distance from each other would not change the fact that she is a very special person to me. She was one of the people that made my high school experience very memorable and unforgettable.

We haven’t been in touch for quite sometime, but then I always considered her as one of my best friends at Wright State. She was one of the people I have truly bonded with in college, taught me how to pump gas in my car, how to use a label maker, gave me advices on guys, and it was through her that made me adjust to the culture faster. She was always that special friend in where I would always be there for her whenever she would need me the most and no one can change that.
