the first thing I tried was char sui bao (steamed buns filled with barbeque pork) great! tasted just like the ones in restaurants. My family also enjoyed them alot. I’m even thinking of buying those authentic bamboo steam pans. next I’m trying spring roll and su mai.

I have found a really good recipe for gyoza on t’interweb which is similar to dim sum dumplings…
