clean up my credit

Tremendously improved credit, but still in the pits. I’ve decided that I don’t care about credit. Get money, fuck credit.
I feel empowered already.

I need a new life, one where I’m autonomous. I’m planning on a future in a new place with my children. I want a home with a yard, a place we can grow in. I need to have my credit fixed in two years so that I can get there.

I don’t really owe a lot of money, but I have rubbish credit from when I did owe money.

This is bad.

I need to change it.

I challenged a few items on my credit report and YES they dropped off…some did anyway. Deleted like they weren’t even there. Kool Aid Smile

I defaulted on a department store credit card long time ago. I sent them a nice note saying, “Even though I owe you $620 I will only pay you $350 and you will mark all three credit bureuas PAID IN FULL. And if you don’t you’ll never get any money from me”.

I wrote similar letters to three other collection agencies.

i cant say that i have made much progress but i can say i’ve put more things into perspective, i’ve started to pay my bills way before due, and as soon as i get caught up with paying certain bills ie traffic ticket, laptop lease and school fees, if i still have a job, i’ll be able to deal with my depts one at a time, some thing i did do was pull my credit and analyze what i owe and how long it should take me. i also get updates every few months so i can keep track and really make changes if neccessary, im in good spirits and i know this will take some time as other things in life take precedence but believe i can handle this. i just have to stick to the plan

I want to bring my score up to at least 700 to start. A lot of changes have happened with my finances lately and now I’m only able to pay my reacurring bills ie lights gas food car note etc. I owe 3 credit cards a hospital, an overdrawn bank account and student loans but thats deffered right now…i give myself until 12/2009 to bring it to at least 600 and by 2010 to 700

I have really never had very much credit, but I’ve found out that it doesnt take much. Just abuse the little you DO have! I’ve dug a hole and threw myself in, but Im determined to get it together…to make a better life for myself!

I have moved away from the US but need to clean up my credit. I have no idea where to start
