Hey everyone! My husband and I are missionaries over in Northern China. Every summer we hold a 6 week internship for college students who are interested in serving in a church in China. These interns learn about church planting, disciple making and take Chinese classes. We are also holding an English camp and looking for people who would be interested in being a volunteer teacher! If you are at all interested I can send you an application and more info. via e-mail:)

I was going to, but I haven’t yet. I want to know that I at least made a difference somewhere, or maybe even in someone’s life. I think that’d be one of the greatest feelings to experience.

I went to a mission trip back in 2005, during the summer of my freshman year. Despite aching muscles, grimy hair, putrid porta-pottys, and boiling hot weather, it’s all worth it.
My parish drove down from the Bay Area to Tijuana, Mexico to build two houses in an impoverished neighborhood. When we finished, you could tell that the families were truly thankful for the work that we have done.
Go do it!!! It’s definitely worth doing.
