How I did it: I bought a fairly cheap pole online. It was removable and it was fun. After using it just a little I could feel it in all my muscles. Then my friend broke it   : (

Lessons & tips: Buy one that lets you bolt it in the ceiling. Make sure it says it will hold your full body weight. There are some that say not to put all your weight on it...what's the point, right?

    I think it would be FUN! There is this lady who has these work out videos to make women more comfortable with their body and get in shape by working it on a stripper pole. I think it would be fun. Me and the girls goofing off then working it out on a stripper pole??? Talk about being randomly goofy!! lol
