I can do 1 push up consistently now, with what I believe is good form. I will confirm that with somebody else to make it official. I can almost do 2. This is massive progress.
See what kickboxing can do? :)

Was sick (dizzy) a few months ago and had to stop the program. Only just remembering to get back to it. Hoping to do 100 REAL pushups before the year is done. But lets get this 10 thing done first.

In 6 weeks I should be able to do 100 knee pushups, thereby giving myself significantly more upper body strength than I have right now. Then (if not sooner) I should be able to have the strength to do REAL pushups and 10 will be a do-able goal.
Here’s the link to the 100 push up plan:

On holiday one time there was a competition and I managed 42 in 40 seconds…i tried the day after and nearly died…I’m now in pretty good shape and do them easily…If you want a real challenge try tricep pressups…or shoulder ones…they’ll mess you up!

“back in high school”
BWAH HA HA HAH
sure, we’ve all done 100 or more.
There were those six weeks at field training where we got dropped like 8 times a day to do 100.
Talk to me about NOW.

I was so mad at my neice, I dropped and gave myself 4.
They weren’t great; my sternum wouldn’t have touched the boot of my scary MTI, but that was 14 years ago.
I bet he can’t do them anymore, either!
