How to sleep in
How I did it: The entire experience is not a hard one to accomplish. Sleeping is actually something that just comes natural to me. What I have come to do in order to sleep in, is just wake up later than the average person. For example, I have woken up after 8 pm more times than some people have even drank root beer.

Danced then dinered, so slept in way late today. And it was great, because I got lots done yesterday!
I’m a mom…and sleeping in now consists of 7am….and if I get that I am VERY excited!
Expectations were high from all the benefits i thought from getting extra sleep.. so you guessed it, I was completely let down and woke up with an incurable headache! just my luck =(

I honestly detest sleeping in, since then you end up wasting a large portion of the day. It’s okay, I suppose, to sleep in during a weekend, since that’s when your suppose to rest… But when on vacation, avoiding that might be a good idea.
