make others smile

I’ve been under a lot of stress lately at work this week, and find myself not really smiling to my full capacity because I am so tense. I need to fight against those frown muscles and smile BIG!

I think I will make it my goal to smile at at least 5 random people each day—smiling makes the world a sunnier place. Also… have you ever noticed a person driving in their car alone with a big ear to ear grin on their face? That is my aspiration!

I smile at people sometimes when I’m out walking. Most of the time when I smile at someone they smile right back. Its a nice feeling. It makes me feel hopeful that this city is not as cold as I thought it was.
