How I did it: Simply: made it a habit to not bother too much about the opinions of others. You come to realise, as you grow older, that there is nothing you can really do that will keep all those around you 100% pleased with you, your choices and behaviour. So you're better off staying true to yourself, your convictions and your beliefs but at the same time having sensitivity toward others and ensuring that you do not deliberately bring harm to them. Having moral values and decency while still being yourself, whoever you feel that person is.  Read how I did it… 19 months ago
