My hair is crap. I love red highlights, but my hair just doesn’t take it too well. I think it would work better on straight hair. So even if it didn’t turn out the way I wanted it to, it was still worth it.
listenstolongview : is ready and willing...all you need to do is ask
I’ve been wanting to do this for so many years…but have been discouraged by both my parents and my hairdresser…I don’t really see what the problem is…but now I’m just going to go and do it anyway! I don’t care…i just want to try something different for a change…
I just ordered some ‘color oops’ from amazon to get rid of the blue hair dye I put in not too long ago. I’m also going to take out the black dye I have in right now and then redye it black. The dye I ordered has 3X the highlights, so it should look nicer. Then I’m going to add red highlights. I ordered a highlighting cap so I don’t screw things up, lol.
are good, too. I thought about flaming red, but opted for natural highlights, instead – it’s shimmery indoors but really stands out in the sun. I love them.
im getting my hair dyed next friday…im going with my sister…as long as i get it this month ill be happy…
is worth doing since playing with hair color is just lots of fun. the ends of my hair are still highlighted red from the last time i colored it. but i do funky colors… the worst color i tried was Koolaid blue…. turned out icy green. not for the faint of heart ;)
I’ve received so many compliments about my hair (mostly from strangers) since I dyed it red. I bleached it first, then put Special Effects “Cherry Bomb” on it the next day. Bleaching it first made the red that much brighter.
