I pretty much slept 12 hours and woke up at 1pm..
I can’t wake up when I dream, and when I do, I wake up tired…
I think I might have to see a specialist. Thinking in your dreams is just not normal.. :(
I wake up feeling like I never went to bed in the first place, and then I get these really vivid dreams and I don’t know if it’s normal… 1 week ago

ok becoming a morning person business is just not happening atm… I’m always tiered and I think for a few reasons:
1- Having too much simple sugars in my diet
2- Sleeping more than 8 hours a day which makes me sluggish
3- Lack of exercise lately
4- Been off caffeine for like 3 months
5- Extreme disorganization! Especially with moving…
6- Laziness and desperation. I’m not going to say depression because I haven’t felt depressed in a few weeks and I’d like to stay that way!

So solution that tie in my other goals:
1- No sweets for a month, them maybe my addiction will ease off (I’m on day 2)
2- Sleep ONLY 7 hours a day, because I get one or more hours of my life back instead of just sleeping and be closer to my optimum sleep needs (6hours)
3- Start exercising a little again, even if not the gym go walk or hit my stationary bike at home!
4- Start having caffeine again in small controlled amounts (1/3 cup today, I feel wired! Maybe I’ll cut to a 1/4 tomorrow)
5- Well can’t do much about the moving but I can start making an attempt schedule for daily use.
6- JUST STOP BEING A BUM AND GET UP AND DO SOMETHING! ESPECIALLY FORGOT ABOUT WORLD PROBLEMS FOR A BIT AND JUST FOCUS ON MINE! 2 weeks ago
