Plenty of Time to Jog 9 hours ago

Well, the good thing about not having a job is that I have plenty of time to work out, and No Excuses. Now that I am out of excuses, I guess I’ll have to exercise.



I stopped because I had too many responsibilites. 1 month ago

I stopped jogging and I became depressed and overweight. I am trying to jog again and it’s hard. I started off with a mini trampoline so I would get some of my strenght back. I have to do lots of exercises to strengthen my knees and ankles with stretch bands so that I don’t sprain them while jogging with the excess weight. I tie a strech band around a table leg in front of me and bend my knee. I like to run around my neighborhood, but it doesn’t seem safe alone. It seems a little safer to just drive to a nearby park and run. I am transferring my music to my cell phone, and am going to buy some pepper spray. Safety is one drawback to jogging. The trampoline has really helped me to get back to jogging, and it’s safe, but there’s nothing like fresh air and sunshine. I’m going to try to jog at least 3 times a week. It is a natural prozac. Everytime I feel down on life, I know it is time for a run.



Day 1 5 months ago

So today I decided I wanted to get back into jogging again. I used to be good at it but stopped over the years. I’m doing this to get back in shape and lose some weight.

My goal is to go for a jog 5 times this week. Anyone up for the challenge with me?

After procrastinating for years, i started jogging today. It is really a wonderful experience to jog early morning, I jogged for 3+ kms today. Jogging increases your appetite and keeps you fit whole day. Happy Jogging

it was worth it. i put my favorite music and i just jog. and at one point i just ran so fast that i can finish 1km(or so) for four minutes only. im so proud of myself. i will make it my daily activity after this. i love running. :D

If you would like to know more please ask. It is also hard work for an hour a day, but I can’t tell you the feeling you have when you are done with the hour. One word “Great!”



Jogging, still at it 2 years ago

Today is DAY 4!! My diet is going just great, no cheating. My sister would nick name me cheater. Not now though:) Also, lots of energy, not even hungry when it comes time to eat. To be honest, now that I have a calorie range at each meal, I don’t even reach it. Who knows, maybe I am taking in 1300-1400 calories a day, but I am 110% satisfied. My scale actually broke yesterday, so I had to buy a new one (non-digital) this time and it said I was at 138-139ish. Now, I can’t weigh myself everyday on this one cause the lines are too close to tell:) Now I’ll have to wait probley every 4 days or so.



Jogging for weight loss, because I like to eat and not only be eating 1200 a day 2 years ago

Yesterday I started DAY 2 of my jogging for weight loss. I am at 141, now currently. Before hand the scale was jumping up and down 146 was the highest, the lowest was at 137ish because of being of diets that generally you need to consume 1200 calories a day with moderate walking. Oh so sorry, but counting calories day in and day out with the snacks too, just doesn’t do it for me. I jogged for 30 minutes yesterday on the tread watching the newest NIN DVD, patiently waiting for the release of the new CD next month:)) and then I took a 5 min break and did the last 30 minutes going at 3.1 mph,’cept the break. Today is DAY 3 and I am going to do the same, but on my ellipt. better for the joints. However, I also eat 3 times a day all under 500 cal each and I have to say for the first time practically ever I don’t feel soo tired and somewhat still hungry. I save a part of my breakfast for my snack at 10 and then the same with my lunch at 2 in the aft. (act. 5 x a day) We’ll see… I will post again tomorrow. It is my 3rd day and still feeling good. It is after work that I have time to workout.



Jogging everyday to keep slim and healthy 3 years ago

I often go to do jogging around the garden for 40 minutes at night. It makes me feel well. But these days it’s rainy, maybe I should take other sports instead, such as yoga or rope skipping.
I am not fat, just a little plump. I hope I will have a small waist and flat abdomen.
