My weight has gone up & up over the last 10 years, & I have lost the confidence I had. I want it back.
How to lose 6 stone
How I did it: I stuck religiously to the Atkins diet for almost a year, and went from 25st+ to the lightest I've seen myself as an adult (17st 1lb)... couldn't face Atkins any longer, and messed up when I chucked it and I've now put 2-2.5st back on. I will be victorious in this (so far) life long battle with the bulge LOL

I started at 18st 5lbs and am now 16st 2 to get to mid range of my ideal weight i should be 10st
I am doing weightwatchers but someone there reccomended this site..
i am a comfort eater, tho i have recently bought a cross trainer to exercise at home.. i live in the sticks and don’t have a car so can’t get to a gym..
My bigest weakness is cheese, any cheese from mature chedder to cottage cheese.. but hard cheese mostly wins cos it tastes so nice toasted..

This latest stone that I’ve dropped has taken me almost two months to do. Looking back I actually have lost almost two stone during this time, but I kept gaining weight back too. I had a number of binges or series of days where I didn’t care what I ate, and it showed. I went back to eating popcorn at the movie theatres when I worked (and I’m not just talking a handful.) There were two days in a row where I ate a whole pound of cheese each day.
I’ve done the math though and if I intend to get back to my high school weight by my birthday I need to lose 3 pounds a week for the next fifteen weeks. I’ve recommitted myself to my diet and have stopped eating popcorn again. I’ve also let my personal trainer know that we need to amp things up, so I should be able to accomplish this. I think I just needed a break after the months of being good. Now I’m refocused and know I can lose the next three stones.
