I’m like UBER skinny… I’m 14, 5’9” and I can eat SO MUCH without my stomach getting flabby. (Yay high metabolism!) But! I was making it somewhat of a joke at first… I mean, now I eat multiple times a days and not too much each time. (Like the amount in 3 full meals in about 5-9 small ones.) I’ve also noticed that the only part of me that doesn’t match are my thighs! (Or just my legs in general.) My calves are pretty muscular from track and MARCHING BAND, but my thighs are kinda big. It really disgusts me because that’s the only place on my body with significant jiggle-age. =_=|l|l I’ve heard good things about yoga. :9

i hate them.
they’re jiggly, & i want them to be thin.
the rest of my leg is thin, its just my thighs.
i want to loose them.
i’ve tried running & walking for two weeks, i just lost weight.

i dont no who to believe… my scales or my clothing??? a few nights or weeks ago i stepped onto the scales and a whopping 50.9 kgs im only 13 by the way!!! and then i slipped into my capari ( dont no even if dats the spelling) but they used to be tight and then they wernt.but the scales said that i had put on another kilo but if i did then they ( my pants ) would have split how is this possible? well anyways cya later :)

and i dont want them to be really muscular, i just want them like toned i guess.

since ive started trying to lose weight ive lost a good stone and a half, and i can see it going when i look back on pictures.
but although my stomachs shrinking [very slowly] my thighs and legs in genral dont seem to shift weight. also, every time ive gone looking for ways to thin them up without starving myself completely, they say exercise, but doesnt that just give them more muscle? cause tbh, my calves are already fairly muscular from trampolining and skating but i want them thinnerrr!!

i run a lot, but so does my friend clare. she’s in cross country, is 5’7” and weighs 108 lbs.
i wish i could be as skinny as her, but my legs are about twice her size. :[

i have done this for about a month now and i have seen a big differance in my legs!! i run for 20 minutes 3 times a week,i do yoga 4 times a week, and i walk 2 times a week!! yoga is very soothing and it may seem easy if ur really flexible . i am pretty flexible and it didnt hurt so much but i did see a huge differance in my legs!! i feels sooooooooo good now!! and dont forget to eat healthy foods too!! dont eat things like fat caz that just goes to ur thighs. so take my advice!! it really works!!

does pilates really help make your legs thinner? I know that excercising just gives you muscle which makes your thighs even bigger and I don’t want that. so does pilates work?

basically all my life my legs have been the bane of my existance. ive lost around 12 pounds and my legs are still nasty. i just dont know what to do anymore.
