...because there are always areas I can improve on. Examples:
1. Balancing the need for a stable workforce with my desire to “save” all of my employees.
2. Not taking the easy way out.
3. Finding the best equilibrium between “friend” and “manager.”
4. Being always consistent.

I think I am a pretty good manager, but I am younger than all my staff (I am 25) and although I have a degree and a couple years experience in Social Services, I think there is room to improve! :)
