skinny dip more often

sea skinny dip in a quiet cove and hopefully got a bit of a tan too !! ;)

one should make use of the hot weather, mountain hike, beautiful lake up in the mountains and no one around, shouldn’t they ;) :) :-)
First of many ( I hope ) this year ;-)

the Roman-Irish baths at Baden-Baden last Sunday.

after only finding out the way you take the baths when I was in there :o !!

A thing to do before you die!

I was mountain biking on my day off last week and exploring a trail in the mountains, and found an amazing lake hidden up in the mountains.
The fact that I’d be cycling for almost two hours, the temperate was 25c and very sunny, the water was so clear, and there was a large slab of rock to lie on at the lakeshore, hidden from the trail, a skinny dip was in order!

The water was fantastic, and once I swam underwater and checked for rocks etc, it was deep enough to dive in !! It was warm for the first 6 or 7 feet and was colder a bit deeper.
I lay on the slab to dry off, luckily I had sunscreen with me….bonus ;-)
I must have been a good hour there !!

I’ll definitely going back there when the weather is sunny again !!

I got a dip in at a mountain lake today, ( first time in almost 2 years!) halfway on my spin on a mountain bike! Not to cold either and I almost forgotten how good it feels!
It takes about an hour (on a mountain bike) to get there, so it’s very quiet, no-one about unless they come the opposite way on the trail, which is unlikely as it’s almost 2 hours
(walking) from that direction!

it’s almost a year and a half since i’ve did this!!!
Unless I go somewhere hot over the winter, it’ll be next summer (and by then 2 years!!!) before I get a chance to do it again!!
