    With a decent amount of coordination and an aptitude for following directions, it’s really not hard at all. I found a job at a massage place as a front desk worker, and got free massage lessons on a daily basis and could do a pretty good 30 minute chair massage by the second week. Practicing daily with hands-on instruction helps immensely.
