I am constantly saying things to myself that are negative….Like “You’re so Fat”, “You’re ugly”, “You’re not good enough” or “You’re stupid”; I understand that as human being we have a need to fulfill what we believe about ourselves. And if I am saying this …I believe it and I will eventually fulfill this….So…I want to stop and replace these negative affirmations with postive… I am not sure how to change this self talk… Does anyone have advice.
