Class ended today, which is sad because it was all so inspirational! Today I got to trade 2’s with the professor and it was awesome. We make a musical connection for a few minutes that was very rewarding to me. I need to create a drum plan for my future. I can play much better now, but I learned so much that I now realize that there is even more to learn than what I thought! I would like to become a proficient drummer during the next couple of years, so I need to get to work! 5 years ago
My elbow hurts and I am really tired from sitting on a drum throne for eight hours, but class is SO COOL. Nineteen drum sets in a chapel with a GREAT professor! Yep. Fun…fun…fun. 5 years ago

I can kind of play the drums. I actually played one jazz gig on the drums. I am self-taught and a complete hack. Since I am a musician, I can keep time, read music, etc… I can play basic grooves on the drum set but I can’t play fills and have very little coordination. So, I actually am taking a drum class this summer. I am SO excited. I get to play drums for 8 hours a day for five days in a row!!!!! I can’t wait. 5 years ago
