    to all my problems. I have no time for myself because I can’t say no to anyone. This is also the reason I have stayed at my dead end job so long. I think small steps might work though. I first need to learn how to not feel guilty when I do get the courage to say no.

    I’ve learned a lot. Mostly that people do understand if you don’t have the time to do something. I’m glad I learned this cause I have a lot more time for my friends and myself!
