move to wellington

In approximately four months I will board the plane (or train? I haven’t decided yet) and move my life, in a suitcase, to Wellington. I seriously cannot wait. I love where I live, I have grown up there, and it will always be my home, but I cannot wait to move away and see the world.

The main reason for moving there is university. I didn’t want to go just “anywhere” for uni. I didn’t want to restrict my options by deciding to stay close to home, and I didn’t want to move to somewhere where I now I wouldn’t like to live. I’ve seen Wellington a few times now and I know that i’m making the right decision.

It’s not by chance that i’m moving to Wellington. :)

I have applied, and been accepted, and now have been offered a place to study at Victoria University of Wellington!

I don’t have to wait until January to find out if I get a place, because I sat my exams last year! :D
