Hi, Im 15, and Im in the works of making 3 full length films.
I love to make short films, and stuff like that, ad its cool to see the finishing product of my films.
My first full length movie is a remake of the 1974 classic horror movie Black Christmas (because the remake in 2006 kinda sucked), a remake of the 1978 classic horror film Halloween, and an original film known as When Darkness Falls.
Message me if you want more info about the films. I do also except ideas and requests for films.
Thanks.
Il post more when I have time.
I have made one film.. hopefully I can go on to college for a career in filmmaking

I don’t think I really wanted to ‘be a filmmaker’... I just wanted to be able to make films. I can edit video, so I could probably make a film if I wanted to, and I may do one day if I have need. So it’s not really a ‘give up’, it’s more a ‘realised I didn’t really mean to put it on my list’. Haha.
I’m 17 years old, I have a passion for movie making. I have 4 movies, written already. I don’t have the resources to produce the movies, seeing as how I am so young. I plan on attending The Film School Of Los Angeles, upon gradutation. Any directors, producers, or writers that may be lurking this site…Help would be greatly appreciated. My work has never been done before, all fresh ideas, all new concepts.

Delphi really doesn't need another status message to set.
It’s hard to know if I have any creative talent if I don’t take the plunge and learn to do it. But I’m afraid to commit to learning if I don’t know if I’m any good. I suppose I have to, though. Just because I don’t have any ideas for films now doesn’t mean I won’t somewhere down the line, after I’ve learned what to do with them. What’s important is the desire to create…right?
I’ve always loved stories and the art of their presentation, and I’ve always wanted to be a storyteller. When I was young, I wanted be a writer. Did some, never got very far. But as I grew older, I fell in love with film, and now I devour as many DVDs as I can, extras and all. I want to tell stories, so badly…but I can never quite make it come out. I’m afraid that means I just haven’t got, “it”. The only thought that gives me comfort is that my life has been more sheltered and uneventful than most, and I think any artistic endeavor needs a variety of life experience to feed on. You can’t make something from nothing, especially when it comes to creativity.
So, maybe I can open myself up to new and different experiences while I learn the technical aspects of the craft. That’s the plan, anyway. I just hope I discover talent I didn’t know I had.
Ever since I was a kid I have wanted to be a filmmaker. I have made several shorts, shown them in many cities, and am currently working on a screenplay. Is film school really the answer? Do film school students really graduate and live the life of a filmmaker that they want?
It’s definitely worth doing, just listen to your heart and follow the things that drive you to live and dreams. Instinct and passion are a key in making films; trust your talent and be tenacious, because in the end it’s all worth it.
