    okay my previous entry about reciting the movie quotes?! yeah uh thats not working anymore lmao I needs something else lmao.. I thought it was working there for a minute well not anymore. LOL like see at work we listen to the radio and it seems like work goes by so much smoother that way. no matter what all we have to do it just makes the day more enjoyable! BUT…...........we have one amoung us that doesn’t like the radio and she turns it OFF every fucking CHANCE she gets! and I turn the damn thing right back on!!!!! if she turns it down I turn it right back up!!!!! and wanna know the most hilarious thing!!!!!!!!!! SHE IS THE ONE THAT BROUGHT THE DAMN THING FOR ALL OF US TO LISTEN TO!!!!! and she don’t like it!!!! WTF! well I will have to set and think about something to channel my anger when I get mad or irritated by someone at work!!!! any suggestions !!!! PLEASE SEND THEM MY WAY LMAO!

    i crank up some loud angry music just to freak out the idiot cell-phone yappers driving like utter imbeciles…and i hope the person on the other end hears my radio blaring Prodigy’s “Their Law” or Rage Against the Machine!!! LMAO you should see some of the looks!!!! and then i laugh at them for being stupid or i just make a face at them that says “duh??!” or sometimes i just say “get off the phone & drive, moron!!!!” but my window’s up so they can’t hear me but i know they can see what i’m saying

    okay I know this is gonna seem silly at first but it really helps and will make you laugh at the same time. I could barely talk while I was doing this because I was laughing about it. Well last weekend I was just irritated and not to mention I had been irritated for a week over some COWARD ASSHOLE! but we wont get into that LOL. I’m a BIG TIME MOVIE BUFF… I love MOVIES I have all kinds mostly sci fi though because I love sci fi but I gotta have my comedy too and horror and action and suspense. There are lots of titles of movies that I have watched over and over and over so many times I can practically recite the whole entire MOVIE!!! yeah I know right lol obsessed nah! lmao well the person I was working with really irritated me by something she done so I started reciting parts from my favorite movies..
    And it was such a hoot and it made me feel so much better and it kept me from getting angry. Now of course the person I was working with that day thought I was plum effin crazy but hey thats okay. I told her what was up. I told her that I was very irritated to the point of getting upset and to subside that I started reciting parts from my favorite movies and it helped. Because I stop thinking about what the person did to make me mad and I start laughing at myself when I recite lines from movies! Its really great… Anyone thats into movies as much as I am should try this. especially funny parts from movies. like here is one from the movie Tango and Cash with Kurt Russel and Slyvester Stallone. “Now that is an RV from HELL.” LMFAO!!! anyways people try this you will crack yourself up! I know I’m gonna need this all this week due to the person I have to work with in the evening ALL THIS WEEK she drives me FUCKING NUTS!!! so in order to keep my cool I’m gonna have to be thinking up some funny stuff from movies I have seen. LOL

    I think I have learned my lesson on telling friends stuff about things that i do. I here I am thinking that there’s not a thing wrong with it! which there isn’t nothing wrong! there was an incident that occurred a few nights ago! and HEAVEN FORBID I’M NOT GONNA MENTIONA ANY NAMES WOULDN’T WANT THEIR NAMES TO BE ALL OVER THE FUCKING INTERNET! :-/ anyways me and some friends went to the bar the other night. had a kick ass time. yeah so we invited another chick with us that one of my friends had partied with and swore up and down she would never do it again for what she did. well here’s me being the curious person that I am. decided what the hell I have to see this for myself well she came to the bar sat down with us and drank beer and had a good time! and no harm was done I realized what she did before she wasn’t gonna end up doing that night so everything is cool! and we all had a great time and talked about the next get together! well word got back around work and the WHOLE DAMN THING GOT BLOWN WAYYYY out of proportion and people around work and starting shitty rumors about me that AREN’T true! I’m trying very hard NOT to let it bother me or EAT at me. BUT it just pisses me OFF when you think your SO CALLED “FRIENDS”!!!! that your suppose to be able to trust…. end up back firing in your face BIG TIME! well I have thought long and hard about this and I wanted to add this to my other things of what I want to do. and I want to find a way to channel my anger and aggression into something positive… like exercise? which this would be kinda hard to do I mean like at the moment of me being really mad was this morning as soon as I got to work so I couldn’t really go running down the street or something lol. I think I might have a solution! When I get home of an evening I can go in the garage with my walkman and get on the stationary bike and say ride an extra mile than I do normally. which normally I ride a mile. just started back up exercising so this might be good. Also do more reps on the weight machine! lifting weights also helps me release stress and anger! by pumping some IRON! any thoughts and views on this would be greatly appreciated! also would love to hear from other people on how they deal with situations like this?
