get a truck

so i can move stuff if I want to and go camping. It will just make life easier. I’m going to the bank today to talk to them about a loan. I don’t want to pay over 5K and ideally would like a diesel but we’ll see what happens.

Well we looked and looked, and it was so hard to come across one cause when we finally got one that was for me the paper work either did not go threw or they needed someone else that has a job and could show proof of there salary and its just me and my ma. And i cant get a job without transportation so my step dad finally let me have his old one. Its a 1974 Ford F-100, and it took us about a week to get everything fixed on it so i could drive it. It gets me to school and back and thats all i really need for right now, then now little later im going to find me a job. But right now my main concern is the diploma. Its a right nice old truck, just need a good paint job and were putting a radio in it this weekend. Then later on we might put some dual pipes on the back. But i really love this truck, and im hope it will last for a long time.

I just need something for weekend trips with the dog and that can carry a raft and gear for something a little longer. I had a wagon for a while that worked great for the first and didn’t fit everything for the second. Hopefully my tax refund will provide a little starter for this fund.

Some of my best memories, are driving around in my good friends truck in Virginia. I loved sitting passanger and seeing places i havn’t ever seen before. It was an old beat up truck, and i felt like a redneck in that thing. But i gotta say i loved it. For that reason i find myself on craigslist just looking at trucks and imagining myself getting one, and imagine going places i never thought i would see. So one day when i find the exact truck i want ill get it and let you all know.

I bought a palindrome atoyota. I did lots of research, carfax, local deals and dealers and prolly ended up paying a little more than I should have in order to get a truck close to home. Glad of it. Using the fire out of it. If anyone needs help, let me know. Biggest piece of advice: I hope you are not in a hurry.

My current car just won’t hold up. It’s gotta go.
