Had a variety pack of Lindt Lindor Truffles in my drawer for over a week now, with the dark, milk and white chocolate varieties. These stood out to me as high quality chocolate, my favorite was the milk followed by the dark chocolate ones.

I saw the other day that Todd Schoonover had done this and said it was worth it, so when I was in the check out line at a CVS drugstore this evening, where I went to buy Listerine and deodorant, and spotted a Lindt chocolate bar I decided to buy one. I like dark chocolate (not that I eat a lot of chocolate in general), so I went for the extra dark 85% cocoa bar. I had three squares for dessert when I got home (each bar has like ten squares)... I say this is a high quality, very rich chocolate. This is probably the darkest chocolate I’ve ever had. The thing about dark chocolate is that it has a somewhat bitter after taste. I found it kind of interesting, but I think next time I’ll try the 70% cocoa bar…
