So if I can will myself to do this It will help me lose wieght, get a flat stomach and feel beautiful! That pretty much means that I have to do this one. But I have a plan.
Monday- Tae Bo Cardio
Wednesday- Wii Fit yoga/ strength training
Friday- My neighborhood gym.
I need the variety or i will not do it. Maybe Ill add more things to the mix for the sake of changing things up. If I have my iPod then it should hardly feel like work!

Nobody else is going to take of me but me. I know this. I have gotten lazy since I graduated high school. I used to work out all of the time in high school, that was one of my goals, to be in shape. I have always had a gut, but when I went to college I got lazy, and it got worse. I have been lazy ever since. My diet is terrible and not getting any better as I get older. I feel like my weight and body fat have affected my confidence all my life. I have to work out more, or just work out period.

I need to work out, but with my lifestyle, I think I need to start out with something that I would enjoy doing. Then after I lose some weight maybe I can start adding some weight training to my crazy hectic schedule!

grokent is getting down to business
Hit the gym, did mostly upper body. 4 sets of 12 each bench, curls, butterflies, and pull downs. 2 Sets of 12 leg press, 1 set of extensions. Still recovering from a knee injury so I’m taking it easy on the knees. It’s hell being old and fat with bad knees.
