well itsbeen a long time. I am at 131. I have been so ill to the point where I couldnt do anything. So this weekend im going to restart finally after te surgury, etc im fully recovered. So tomorrow im good to go. Not to much weight really s shouldnt kill me I hope.

I’ve got this GREAT weightloss technique!
Basically, for every three kilos I lose, I buy myself or someone I like a GIFT.

Today starts my jillian michaels biggest winner workout dvd. It has two sets so I want to do both sets everyday about 200 rep on ab louge and do some strength training in between for my legs.

So far I am at 129. That really is not to bad! So right now I am going to go back to the special K diet thing cuz it did work better then others. I want to actually be all the way at 155 range but for right now 129 is a baby step to the next pound. Honestly after I got into routine and learned what health foods were tasty and good it wasnt to hard. The soda is still an issue but flavored water really keeps me full and feeling good all day long. My recomendation if you wanna work out is to buy the biggest loser workout video’s with Jillian in them. I bought mine from ebay and it is well worth it!

aghhh. The past year I’ve gone from 166 to 133. I’m stuck wavering between 131 and 133. I just can’t seem to make it past the 130 lbs mark. My aunt told me that maybe it’s my body’s way of telling me that this is my “perfect” weight, but I refuse to believe that’s true. I still have a little more to go. Grrrr…

Tomorrow starts my new weight loss plan. I gained so much weight from the horrible stress I have gone threw. I am 138 which is still okay but it looks bad on me cuz I am sucha tiny person with the tall stick figure look. so few pounds to lose by june I should have this done no problem. I hope to lose at least five or so by my winter formal. Tomorrow I will write what I eat and so on. Hope to exercise.
