This is a real time consumer.
Once you solved it then you can go on to get better by timing yourself. Speed cubing its said.
I don’t know if it has any use in developing the brain. It might help in visualizing and improve the processing of the brain.
But somehow I feel its a time waster. Use it while you are waiting or can’t do anything else.

i bought a cheap-o rubik. it has sudoku numbers on it… i plan to color one side at a time and solve one side, add a color and start over, solve 2 sides, add a color and start over. until i get all 6 sides i plan to keep going. i’m going to mexico soon so if i can get the basics down i plan to try it on the plane. i remember they used to really make me mad.. grr. wish me luck!

My boyfriend has taught me the basics. Hopefully it only take a few days to be able to finish it.

I did this once when I was about 12 years old.
I’d like to say it took some concentrated effort but alas, it did not. I sat down with it for about an hour and before I knew it, it was done.
I have never been able to sit with it long enough to solve it a second time. It feels tedious and irritating. But I can not tell a lie… I have a small feeling of accomplishment, somewhere deep in my spirit. :I

I gave it a good try on the airplane. I understand how it works and what I need to do, but there is one key point I am missing. I’m getting there, though!
