get emo hair

so… okay.
ive been growing my hair a good while,
decided to try the whole emo thing.
how i did it?

well, i went out and got it layered/thinned first.
when my fringe got to the bottom of my forehead i got it shaped
got it relayered and thinned every month,
this is what it looks like now :)

my hair has always sorta been cut scene, but simply with subtle bangs covering one of my eyes and nothing else too special. I wana take it up a notch tho. I’m growing my hair out and wanting to cut it sorta in that “modern mullet” kinda style. But I want it to be a little unique and different. Any ideas? Also my parents hate streaks and super strange styles. Some they tolerate but sadly i cant make it too out there… :[ watcha think?

first your gonna need hair spray and a comb then ya take the comb and brush your hair to a side then spray on hair gel

im waiting for my hair to grow back. Until then im gonna do some more research on net, find the perfect hairstyle (something i can imagine myself with) and find the right hairstylist to do it…I HAVE TO GET EMO HAIR… NO MATTER WHAT

owh man i really want an emo hair since last year ive been trying to make an emo hair but it never works my personality is already like emo the only thing i need is the hair only~

This is completely worth doing! I loved it! I’ve moved on since then, since my hair didn’t look that great, but if you can pull it off, it’s really fucking hot ;)

My hair is short, and every time i go to try and get to have the “emo” look the hair people always screw it up. I like the look, and every one says i am emo but i dunno. i usually mess it up and make look a little emo but then i can’t get that same look again :[[ bummer.

it seems to me that hardly anyone actually uses this 43things website, but none the less, i wish someone could help me. I have thick hair ok, so like ive taken ppls advice and grew it out but when i do it just poofs out not to much but it could grow to a fro. its the maintanance that takes alot. u ought to use a straightening iron every time u take a bath . but it looks awsome now slowly getting some treads to match.
