Cacao Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 large banana or 2 small bananas
1 heaping tablespoon of cacao powder or 25 grams
200mls of rice milk
Method:
Blend until smooth.

Small progress
15 months ago
I have been trying so hard to cut out the lollies and biscuits – ive been replacing them with fruit.
Also been cutting down on multiple cups of coffee. Allowing myself one cup per day, then green tea if i feel like a hot drink after that!
I know this will get easier once i get out of the mindset that i really want to eat this stuff. Soon hopefully ….soon!

Skin issues..

Dairy gives me pimples.
Sugar causes my eczema to flare up.
So as of today im cutting these from my diet as much as possible.
I want great skin!!

I had really bad eczema for years and now it’s pretty well gone. What did I do? I gave up milk in my daily cappuccino and now I only use soy. I use yoghurt on food and that seems to be ok. I still eat cheese as well (i’m a veg) so I really think it was just the raw milk..
