I really need to do this. Get my vits and minerals in to my system.

Especially as everyone around me keeps coughing and sneezing and spreading their germs and diseases!

not at all impressed by the way.

so the way to conquer this is to be one step ahead of the game…

I refuse to be bed ridden this holiday season!

I made breakfast this morning and added a lot of blueberries :)

Last night I had strawberry shortcake for dessert. I also went to the grocery store and bought a lot of Bob Green Best Life vegetables which are really good.

I did eat veg. Sat and Sunday but I am only counting today as I prepared the broccoli and cheese myself. 29 days to go..

30 day goal 14 months ago

Day 1 Ok… I ate Bob Greens certified veggies.. very good. I will eat veg. and fruit for 30 days and then remove this as a goal and then I wil call this goal completed as I continue to eat more veg. and fruit for the rest of my life :)

OK I’m really sick and I think it was because of my lack of fruit and veg. Since becoming sick I am now eating majority fruit and veg, including heaps of water.

I know I should eat 2 pieces of fruit and 5 veggies each and every day but really who does that. Its so hard in winter. I really need to eat better.

But lots of carrots.
And beans and corn.

I made Carrots Vichy on Saturday. It was easy and yummy. But I mostly just eat them as a snack, raw.

I have had squash for two nights. Today I also ate an apple. I think I have some broccoli I need to eat, so there. Veggies.
