I seem to be stuck at the 10lbs down mark. I’m gonna try to add more activity and maybe shake things up a bit to see if I can get the pattern moving back downward.
On the bright side, I’ve already lost a quarter of what I plan to lose.

So my original goal was 20, and things went a little awry so I find myself 40lbs heavier than my ultimate goal weight. So here I am. Hoping to get down to 110lbs, but I would be super happy with 120 at the moment. I can’t remember the last time I weighed that.
I’ve already lost 5lbs, so 35 to go. As long as I don’t binge and go crazy and put it all back on. Here’s hoping I don’t.

Today was a good day. I ate regularly, all natural foods. Stuck to my calorie goals and now I’m about to go out and accomplish my exercise goals for the night. Looking forward to seeing another 7lbs come off before too long. :)
