How I did it: For my eighteenth birthday, I went to a wonderful Japanese restaurant called Nikko, sat at a hibachi table, and had my first taste of real sushi, wasabi, ginger root, raw fish, and all! It was fantastic and very fun. It was tough to get past the image of the fish at first, but it tastes really delicious and not too fishy at all. :D Everybody try it!
