improve my wordrobe

This weekend I went to the mall. I have to admit that I didn’t keep this goal in mind. I picked up a few things but I dont know how much the things I picked up will improve my wardrobe.

I got a really comfortable and basic green long sleeve T shirt. I think I will be good for casual outfits and layering. I got a warm and comfortable sweatshirt with fur on the inside. And I got a off-white sweater dress. I think the sweater dress will be a good step in the right direction.

Unfortunately, I didn’t find any casual boots to wear.

I would like my style to go towards a more mature/grown and sexy look. But I am not exactly sure how to do that. Maybe I will look through some magazines and on the internet for some inspiration.

Well, its something to think about. Thats for sure.

First, I have come to the realization improving my wardrobe will mean more than just changing my clothes. it means getting up early enough that I can properly prepare for the day by doing my hair, clearing my mind, and not rushing around frantically.

This past weekend I took a step in the right direction. I had twenty dollars of discretionary money (keeping in line with the whole saving and budgeting situation) so I went to Ross and brought 2 shirts. One a shiny gold shirt and the other a deep purple thin sweater. Both are nice sweaters and add sophistication and style to my wardrobe, especially when they are put with the correct accessories.

Next step, to get my boots recapped so I can have so nice winter high heal boots.
