I finally have taken the plunge into property ownership. I have bought myself a 2 bedroom apartment. Am moving in 2 months.

I’m not even close to buying an apartment because I”m still in college, but I’ll get there someday!
I’ve always dreamt of having an apartment in NYC and being close to family who live there, but it would just be way too expensive.
When I finish my degree, I hope to work for a year or two here in London and then move to an American city, not necessarily New York…somewhere cheaper. Buffalo and Columbus are on my list! THEN I can buy my apartment :)
daeci zzzzZ!
I dont think I can afford this! :( but i’ll be more than happy if I could just rent my own apartment.

The house being the needle, in the haystack of Sydney… I have been given enough clues, and was told this would all come effortlessly. Had a wander around a couple of the areas that were suggested, and spent quite a bit of time on the net. The clues seemed so easy at the time, yet now seem so cryptic. Sigh! I kind of feel like just buying any old apartment that takes my fancy, but have been told it is not an apartment, it is a terrace house. Which does suit my innermost desires, so I know it will be a joyous moment when I find it. This is even harder than finding a decent pair of jeans. Takes a bit of energy! I am determined to find it though :)

It’s not the place of my dreams just yet. It has presented itself to a lady who described it to me in some detail. I know its appearance, and I know the price.
I look forward to writing another entry on this, as I get closer to finding it… :) and I really look forward to illustrating this goal with a photo, once I’m in it!
I NEED and WANT an apartment.. It’s actually a matter of life and death. I just need some cash to just turn up and hit me in the face so that i can move on…
I would like to move out of my house by the time I graduate college, if not before that. I want my living space to be a reflection of who I am.
I’d have to go further East. But my life isn’t further East so I want to stay where I am. But then I can’t afford anything in the area. Catch 22.
