create a manga

i would like to make my own manga cartoon but i don’t really know if i have the patience to draw manga .. but i will create a manga cartoon or series

1. I’m American.
2. I don’t know Japanese.
3. It would require too much effort to write and draw something that reads from right-to-left.

I want to create a manga and submit it to Tokyopop’s rising star competition <()

I have always wanted to do this, I draw my own manga characters but never really got down to making my own manga, it is a lot of work I think u.u

I love manga especially Ranma 1/2, I’m doing my own manga about a set of girls. here’s one of the girls; one of the two title characters…Yua Hikari. Yua Hikari is the cheeky one in the group. She is Rei’s younger twin and is the youngest in the group. She has long blue hair and sapphire eyes. She is a kind selfless girl who has a big heart; but, she can be a crybaby and a klutz, she is quite energetic and is a girl who can runaway at the sight of danger. Her birthday is 21st June and her favorite colour is blue. Her favorite class is Home Economics and P.E; she is horrible at English, French, History and Math but is good at the others. Her mother is a housewife and a child minder called Aimi Hikari. Her father is a game designer named Ryou Hikari. Mitsukai hardly ever see’s him; he’s so busy. She lives with her mother older sister Yuki (17), twin sister and their two cats Meiko and Miyu. They live in a modern two storied house and she shares a room with her sister. Her favourite food is Pocky and strawberries. Her favourite drink is fizzy orange juice. She hates Brussels sprouts and peas. She and her sister are scared of water since they can’t swim. Her power is having anything she wished for granted. She works at the local animal shelter with her sister; she looks after the young cats and kittens that need to be adopted. Their parents are thinking of letting them pick a puppy and kitten from the shelter that needs a new home. Her power comes from her necklace and if she is away from it, she is powerless and weak, and if it is broken, she could die.
