Okay I got a sales job that involves a lot of driving and not a lot of stopping for good food. So the rule for this week Thursday to Thursday is no fast food. So no burger places, Taco Bell, KFC or pizza.
Sandwich shops, delis and quickie mart food as long as it fresh subs, salads or protein bars. No getting a milkshake or fries from Wawa.
Also another big part of this goal is to eat regularly. It’s easy to get really hungry and then “cheat”. 8 months ago
I only get take out because I am too lazy to cook. I know its unhealthy, hell I can even feel the effect it has on my body and mood a few hours after eating junk food. Time to slow down…definitely. 12 months ago
Since moving to Delaware I have eating way too much fast food. My goal right now is no fast food this week. I got sick and that is no fun. 15 months ago
I dont eat nearly as much fast food as I use to. I am getting better with cooking instead of buying fast food. 17 months ago

This is part of my weight loss scheme!
I can be quite lazy, and walk past a mcdonalds on my way home from work. I can also be tempted by take away on a Friday night.
So while it is not something I eat all the time, I feel like recording every time I eat fast food on here might make me think a bit more.
I have been at my parent’s all week, and had a chippy 6 days ago.
