As well as going to the gym I need to eat healthier! Not a strict diet ‘cus I need my chocolate! Drinking lots of water too and cutting down on diet coke and ‘rubbish’.

This means cutting down on smoking/drinking, eating healthier, doing yoga, and lots of drinking water.
i seem to have the most unhealthy lifestyle of anyone i know. im not overweight, im actually quite slim but i eat all sorts of crap. i only ever have veg if its covered in some sort of sauce…i drive everywhere…i smoke and drink an unhealthy amount at weekends. i know my main goal in this is to give up smoking and hopefully everything else will fall into place. all i ever seem to do is talk about wanting to be fit but this time im really gonna have to get up off my ass literally. wish me luck :)
Remember to drink more water, take vitamins, wear sunscreen, moisturizing lotion, exercise, eat healthier,..
I’m not overweight and I’m not unfit but i feel as though my whole lifestyle is out of balance,I eat too many sweets and not enoguh fruits.I think if i can eat healthily and do some more excersise I will feel happier as well as better.Good lcuk to everyone doing this goal,I don’t think it will be easy.
I realized that since moving in with my boyfriend (and having real meals a lot), I’ve gained at least 10 pounds. I don’t like no longer being able to comfortably fit into my favorite jeans, but I refuse to buy more in a bigger size.
I have been trying to be more active, even if it’s just picking weeds in the garden (which means pulling them up by the root.. so satisfying lol) but of course, I still spend a good part of the day on my butt at the computer.
I’m going to try to cut down on the pasta, since that’s usually what we eat.. so I’m assuming that’s where the weight gain came from (not that we actually eat healthy), since I haven’t gained real weight in years. I’d been about 112 for a while. Now I’m at least 125 when I weigh myself.
I do not like this at all.
So I’ve begun a diet again recently. However, this one is different as I am watching what I eat and exercising at least once a week, something I don’t believe I’ve ever committed to completely. I think this will be different as a friend from my livejournal suggested Spark People – it’s a free site that has tons of health, nutritional and motivational information.
So we’ll see how it goes… My first goal is to get back down to the weight I was in 2003 when this picture of me was taken.
This goal includes a healthy diet and fitness. Both of which are nonexistent for me right now.
Have a regular fitness regime which my laziness tends to prevents me from having.
Stop eating all day because I’m bored or just because the food is available.
Have five small meals a day rather than snacking all day.
Cut out the junk food and drink more 100% juice and low-fat/skim milk (I rarely drink pop, thank goodness)
Have balanced meals.
I’ve been consistently active in the gym and am trying to watch what I eat. I feel so much more energized and emotionally recharged now!
